Personal data processing policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the criteria that FORQUANTIQ S.A.S. applies to the collection, use, storage and protection of the personal data of the people who interact with the company, including the forquantiq.com website and its contact forms.

FORQUANTIQ S.A.S., a Colombian company, contact email info@forquantiq.com, is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected through its digital and commercial channels.

• Political Constitution of Colombia, article 15 (right to habeas data).
• Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, which sets out general provisions for the protection of personal data.
• Decree 1377 of 2013, regulating Law 1581 of 2012.
• Single Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015, Trade, Industry and Tourism Sector.

4. Data collected

Through the website forms, FORQUANTIQ collects: full name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, service of interest and the content of the message sent by the data subject.

5. Purpose of the processing

• Answer inquiries and requests for information about FORQUANTIQ's services.
• Contact the data subject for commercial follow-up on their request.
• Prepare proposals or offers related to the services requested.
• Internal statistical purposes regarding the company's commercial management.

6. Rights of the data subject

Under Law 1581 of 2012, the data subject has the right to:

• Know, update and rectify their personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization granted for the processing of their data.
• Be informed about how their personal data has been used.
• Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of their data, when there is no legal or contractual duty preventing its removal.
• Access, free of charge, their personal data processed by FORQUANTIQ.

7. Procedure to exercise these rights

The data subject may exercise the rights described above by writing to info@forquantiq.com, stating their full name, the right they wish to exercise and a clear description of their request. FORQUANTIQ will respond within the terms established in Law 1581 of 2012.

8. Validity

This policy applies from October 21, 2026 and remains in force until it is replaced by a later version. Any modification will be published on the FORQUANTIQ S.A.S. website.
